How It Works

We start with a clarity session — a deep dive into where you are, what's working, what isn't, and what success looks like for you specifically. No frameworks imposed from the outside. No cookie-cutter approach.

From there, sessions are 60 minutes, every one to two weeks. Between sessions you'll have specific things to try, think about, or practice. We track what changes and adjust as we go. Most executive engagements run three to six months depending on the scope of what we're working on.

Everything is remote — Zoom or Meet, wherever you are in the world.
