Acceptance of terms

By purchasing a product or booking a coaching session through this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase or booking.

Coaching services

Coaching is a professional development relationship focused on helping you achieve specific goals. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Results depend on your active participation, implementation of agreed actions, and the complexity of your individual situation. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Session cancellations

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice: fully rescheduled at no charge.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice: billed in full.
• Repeat late cancellations (more than two in an engagement) may result in early termination of the coaching relationship at our discretion, with a prorated refund for unused sessions.

Coaching package refunds

Refunds for multi-session coaching packages are calculated on a prorated basis for any unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of purchase. Sessions already completed are non-refundable.

Digital products

All digital product sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to the full content upon purchase, refunds are not available. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Downloads are limited as specified on the product page (typically five downloads per purchase). If you need additional access due to a device change or technical issue, contact us.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including written frameworks, worksheets, guides, and materials provided during coaching — is the intellectual property of The Climb with Abid. You may use materials for your own personal development. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or repurpose them in any commercial context without written permission.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We will not share your personal situation, employer, or details of your coaching work with anyone. The only exception is a situation where we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others, in which case we may be required to act.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Climb with Abid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of coaching services or digital products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are provided. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
