Who we are

This website is operated by Abid under the brand The Climb with Abid (theclimb.abidc.dev). References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to this coaching practice.

What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Testimonial submissions — your name, email address, job title, and testimonial text submitted via the testimonial form.
• Purchase information — when you buy a product or coaching package, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address, order details, and the last four digits of your payment method. We do not store full card numbers.
• Discovery call bookings — name, email, and any notes submitted via the scheduling tool (Cal.com).

Analytics

This site uses Umami Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless analytics platform. Umami does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not sell data. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfil purchases (digital downloads, coaching session bookings)
• To confirm and publish testimonials (only after direct confirmation with you)
• To respond to inquiries submitted through the site
• To understand aggregate site usage via Umami

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit opt-in.
• We do not use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cal.com — session scheduling
• Cloudflare — site delivery and security
• Umami — privacy-first analytics

Data retention

Order records are retained for seven years for accounting purposes. Testimonial submissions that are not published are deleted after 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
